One rule
We don’t pay practitioners per order. Ever.
No commissions, no referral fees, no per-client bonuses — not to clinicians, not to coaches, not to trainers or gyms. Paying someone for steering the people who trust them into a health service is exactly what healthcare referral laws exist to prevent, and it’s a conflict of interest with or without a license. Your clients pay us directly. You’re never in the money flow, which is how you want it.
Common questions
- Can a health coach, nurse or trainer order labs through Priority One?
- Not directly — orders are placed by the member in their own name and authorized by our independent physician. That's the point: your clients get labs without you needing ordering authority.
- Do practitioners earn a commission or referral fee?
- No, and we don't make exceptions. Paying anyone for steering their own clients or patients into a health service is what referral and anti-kickback laws exist to prevent, and it's a conflict of interest whether or not a license is involved. Your clients pay us directly; you're never in the money flow.
- Do I receive my clients' results?
- Only if they share them. Results belong to the member. They can export a PDF or show you their dashboard; we never send results to a third party.
- What is a partner menu and what does it cost?
- A short, curated list of the tests and panels you work with most, under your or your practice's name, so clients aren't browsing sixty tests to find the four you asked for. Free — email us the list.
- Is Priority One a medical provider?
- No. We're a lab-ordering and tracking product. Orders are authorized by an independent licensed physician; we don't diagnose or recommend treatment, and neither should your clients expect that from us.
