Altro Health is a separate company, not Priority One Health. Priority One is where you get those labs affordably and track them over time. Care through Altro is ordered from and paid to Altro directly — Priority One does not evaluate, prescribe, or dispense.

Find the treatment you want below and request it on Altro’s site. You order and pay Altro directly — they’re the licensed provider writing your prescription.
Add your labs, if the treatment needs them
Upload recent results you already have, or order the matching panel from our Lab Store and filter by “Altro Care.” Most hormone panels must be drawn in the morning, generally between 8 and 10 am.
An independent clinician reviews eligibility
Once your labs are in, Altro’s independent licensed clinician reviews your intake and eligibility. If treatment is appropriate, they’ll be in touch to fulfill your prescription.
Your prescription ships from Altro
Once approved, Altro ships your medication fast — typically around two-day shipping — straight to your door. Your ongoing markers keep tracking on your Priority One dashboard.
Some treatments require lab testing before starting or while on care, at additional cost. Treatment is not guaranteed. Eligibility, prescribing, dosing, and follow-up are determined solely by an independent licensed clinician.
